The Check-In
The Check-In is done at the commencement of the tenancy Agreement, The Inventory Report is checked by both the Inventory Clerk and the Tenant and variations are noted. The clerk will report on the condition of the property in general and make a professional judgment on the cleanliness of the property.
A Schedule of Conditions is also prepared and the Inventory Clerk hands over the keys to the Tenant and makes a note of the number of copies given, and takes meter readings. The Tenant signs the Schedule of Conditions and agrees the Inventory Report is accurate.
