Property Management
Once the property is let we can manage the routine and sometimes not so routine issues that arise. For example, we collect the rent on a monthly or quarterly basis and transfer the same into your account. We send out letters should the tenant fail to pay the rent on time and notify you of any failure to pay on demand.
It is often the case that other issues need dealing with, it could be that the Tenant has a problem with a faulty appliance, or something as simple as permission to hang a picture up on the wall. These issues can all be time consuming for a Landlord with a busy schedule, to manage. We are able to provide the tenant with a friendly and professional service on your behalf, dealing with repairs and replacements and many other issues that may arise.
